Hi everbody! I know your schedules are crazy right now. Can’t wait for the Spring season. I know it can be hard to find slots to come train. Tonight’s class is basically empty! If you need to get some throwing work in, stop by.
Thursdays at 6-715 will be an intermediate level class. Tonight’s class will consist of:
arm path drills
Full warm up: hips, neck, spine, shoulders, chest, rotator cuff
Syncing hands and feet
Leg drive
“Short box” (higher elevation than flat ground, lower than full mound)

Med ball work: rotation split stance, hip back, exercise ball thoracic overhead throw
Arm care: wall stands, pull-aparts, banded bear crawls
