Rapsodo Ready
Hey everybody. I hope no one lost power. That was the heaviest snow I've ever shoveled. But back to pitching metrics. I'm very excited to announce that we have a Rapsodo 2.0! For those of you who are unfamiliar, this a high technology professional training tool. It tracks RPMs, spin rate, spin efficiency, launch angle, velocity, videos and more. All of the data gets saved onto the Rapsodo data cloud. I finished both the pitching and hitting certification to use this tool properly and be able to analyze the data. Reach out to me about how to get a session using the Rapsodo!

Thanksgiving
Hey everybody! A lot of people have been asking me why everything looks full. This week is tough with a holiday and I have a wedding for one of my best friends. After this week more slots will open up for sure. Just reach out and we can discuss exactly what your son needs to prepare for next season. That being said I just want to say thank you to everyone who believes in the training and trusts me to take their son's game to the next level. I get to live my dream every day and I'm very grateful to have such a supportive team all around New Jersey.
Couple exciting updates:

Winter Training is here
Hey everybody. Itâs that time of the year again. Fall into Winter training. The plan is to hold strength training classes during the week. 1 on 1s can be done before 630 or after 830 during the week. The weekends I will open up 1 on1s as well. I encourage you to do the strength training classes. Itâs a cheaper option and itâs better for the recovery process of these young athletes. Theyâve been throwing nonstop for about 10 months. Sore shoulders, sore armsâŠthey need a break. There are so many small muscles that get recruited during the throw. For example, serratus anterior, subscapularis, infraspinatus, teres minor, biceps brachii, to name a few. These muscles require specific exercises to strengthen them. We will be doing those exercises to start the recovery process and get them ready to throw harder and healthier next year. Reach out with any questions regarding theâŠ
